That’s not possible. I don't just give you a program and tell you “smell ya later!”. You and I work as a team every step of the way and we modify things if necessary as we go. So if something isn't a good fit, we change it. This includes but isn't limited to - your workout plan, nutrition and strategies used for nutrition, strategies used for habits-building, and more.
I get it. You might have bought "Online Training" before and been burned or ghosted. Or have a friend that this happened to. That's why it was only $150 per month. You want cheap, you get cheap. Those guys take on tones of clients, dividing their time by 50 or 100. I ONLY accept a maximum of 10 1:1 clients at any given time to guarantee 100% support.
